This is a blog dedicated to helping me stay on track living healthy, and a place to set goals!
I've always envied runners and never thought it was something I was remotely capable of. But I've put myself to the test and learned to love running and living a (semi) healthy lifestyle.
Goal #1 - Run 3 miles nonstop. Check!
Goal #2 - Run 5 miles nonstop. Check!
Goal #3 - Run 8 miles nonstop. Check!
Goal #4 - Run 8 miles nonstop in under an hour.
Goal #5 - Run 10 miles nonstop. Check!
For now thats it but I eventually would like to be able to run a full marathon, but that takes time!
